That Small Ache Today Could Be a Bigger Problem Tomorrow
We've all been there.
Something starts to hurt a little bit and it just feels like a niggle that will go away with a little time.
It doesn't go away.
It is beginning to get worse.
Your workouts are put on hold.
You're taking extra rest days.
You try your best to stretch and get things to calm down.
You're kicking yourself for waiting too long or letting it drag out from a niggle into a full on injury.
It happens.
But it also is hard to deal with and can be a very frustrating part of living a healthy active lifestyle.
Now, not every niggle will turn into a full on injury but imagine the one's in your life that did.
What if you could go back and address the injury before it was one?
You could see a professional, find and solve the underlying cause of the (potential) injury, all the while continuing to train and continue focusing on your goals.
Doesn't that sound so much better?
Be your best advocate and be proactive with your health, making it a priority to move well and address pain before it becomes the reason you stopped doing what you love to do.
Pain is an indicator that there is mechanical problem going on.
It is a sign to take action and solve the problems.
Don't live your life with the check engine light on expecting your vehicle not to break down!
If you need some help and want to get in to see us, don't hesitate!
