Tuesday marks 6 weeks from the time I injured my foot, and I thought I'd provide an update! I am glad to say I am back to running and no longer experiencing any pain! Here are the things I did and some things I probably should have done better.

Muscle injuries require some reduction in load so that the body can work on the healing process without becoming further damaged. We don't want isolated rest without progression of loading because it increases re-injury risk.
