I am a runner and I play some soccer so my legs get a lot of loading and I spend a fair amount of time working lower body and core. My upper body on the other hand is quite lacking. Tuesday marks 6 weeks from the time I injured my foot, and I thought I'd provide an update! I am glad to say I am back to running and no longer experiencing any pain! Here are the things I did and some things I probably should have done better.

Time to practice what I preach! Last Tuesday during a track workout I (Josh) pulled up in the last interval with some foot pain. So I decided to call it a day and see what was going on, maybe it's just a cramp. Well, over the next couple days I proceeded to limp around and the walls came closing in. I have a whole set of races coming up in the next few months and the worry and doubt about whether or not this is going to be a short term or long term problem are flowing in my head.
