Injuries rarely show up overnight. They build slowly under the surface while everything still feels fine. What you’re feeling early on is not injury. It’s load accumulation without enough capacity to handle it. That’s the gap.

Do you keep having random injuries pop up or are they a recurring theme in training? Things that seem to not get better with the normal approach of simple PT exercises for the painful area?
